SPA ETIQUETTE FOR REJUVENATE SALON & SPA

The staff at Rejuvenate salon & spa is dedicated to providing you the most relaxing and comfortable experience possible. We strive to offer high quality services with using the finest products available. Please inform your technician if you have any allergies.


THE SPA...

Rejuvenate offers an array of spa and relaxation services including massage, facial, body scrub, manicures, pedicures, hydrotherapy tub, Infrared sauna, spray tan, facial/body waxing & much more!


ARRIVAL

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out any necessary paperwork. To ensure that all guests receive their full service time, late arrivals cannot be guaranteed an extension of their service time and your service may be ended early for both salon & spa services.


CANCELLATIONS

Rejuvenate requires at least a 24 hour advance notice of cancellation before your appointment. Please be respectful of your technician’s time as this will affect their appointment book. 24 hour notice allows rejuvenate the ability to reschedule in place of your cancelled appointment so our technicians don’t lose potential bookings. After your account has reached more than 3 cancellations or no shows for appointments, it is required that we take a credit card deposit of up to 50% of your next scheduled services without refund if that appointment is cancelled.


PARTY BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS

All parties larger than 3 people receiving spa packages with 3 or more services OR individual bookings for packages that exceed a 3 hour time slot will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Kids birthday parties require 50% deposit, one week advance booking & are only offered on Saturday evenings after business hours to ensure our daily guests receive the serene atmosphere we strive to provide.  CONSIDERATIONS

  • Upon receiving your manicure services, we ask that you please refrain from using your cell phone during all nail services so that our technicians can provide you with the best quality manicures.

 

  • Salon visitors, please keep in mind our spa is intended to bring our guests a sense of relaxation and tranquility. As we do love children, and offer children’s haircuts along with children’s nail services, please keep in consideration that our spa is located in the bottom half of our building so children are not permitted to run around the upper half of our salon. Voices should also be kept to a minimum.

Gratuity is not included in our prices but is graciously accepted


PRIVACY & COMFORT

We make your privacy and comfort our top priority! Please dress comfortably for your visit to our spa. We provide our guests with robes to change into before beginning your spa treatments as well as body wraps for facial treatments.

For spray tanning, hydrotherapy tub & sauna sessions, full body sugar scrub treatments & some body waxing, we recommend bringing swimwear or extra undergarments to change in to. We also offer disposable undergarments if you are unable to bring the proper swimwear or undergarments.

During your spa treatments, we assure you that you are always properly covered and never fully exposed. Your privacy is very important to us. 

 

  • GIFT CERTIFICATES

Rejuvenate salon & spa offers gift certificates in any denomination. Customize your gift certificate to fit your needs OR choose from our many spa packages available.

Any gift certificate purchased that includes a monthly special, is only allowed to be used within the month that special is being offered. Once that monthly special has expired, the gift certificate is only valid at face value and can be used towards other full priced services.  Monthly specials will not be honored the following month. All services included in the purchased special and/or “Package” must be redeemed and used in the same visit. We will not split any pre-paid package as well as packages purchased on gift certificate. 

Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
