                                    A powerful ally;

        There’s no denying the power of bodywork. Regardless of the adjectives we assign to it {pampering} or reasons we seek it out {a luxurious treat} MASSAGE can be a POWERFUL ALLEY in your healthcare regimen.

        Experts estimate that upwards of 90% of disease is stress related .And perhaps nothing ages us faster internally and externally than high stress. While eliminating anxiety and pressure altogether in this fast-paced world may be idealistic MASSAGE can without a doubt, MANAGE STRESS this translates to:

Decreased anxiety

Enhanced sleep quality

Greater energy

Improved concentration

Increased circulation

Reduced fatigue

     Furthermore clients often report a sense of perspective and clarity after receiving a message. The emotional balance bodywork provides can often be just as vital and valuable as the more tangible physical benefits

                   How to prepare for the service

                What to wear  and what to expect

     These are all common questions clients may ask especially if they have never experienced this type of service. We want you to be comfortable and relaxed so you can enjoy your service, so here is what you need to know.

     Your job is to relax and let your spa tech take care of the rest

      You will wear loose comfortable clothing to your service. Your undergarments will be worn. For women it is your choice if you would like to wear your bra, during this service the sheet will always have your stomach and chest covered or draped. We will not be working on that area so at no time this should be exposed, so it is highly recommended that you do not wear a bra as to get the full experience of the back massage that comes later in the service. The masseuse will begin at the head with a scalp massage, just so you know your hair will be messy afterward there are hair services available like just a style for $18 this includes a wash blow-dry and style. I recommend if you would like this service, scheduling at time of booking massage, as to assure availability. Your masseuse will then move to the neck/shoulder and arms then legs she will have you turn over keeping your privacy top priority; she will continue the massage at the back legs then the full back and shoulders this will conclude the massage . If at anytime during the massage you are uncomfortable, or you wish for more pressure please advise your masseuse
